If you are not satisfied with your order, please use the form below to return your item. Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email with either an approval or denial of the return. In the email you will find the RMA number and return shipping information, or a explanation of the denial.
- All returns must have an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be marked return to sender.
- Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Must be returned to Koss Outdoors within 45 days for the original purchase date.
- By law products must be unworn with tags attached.
- Upon receipt of the returned goods, Koss Outdoors reserves the right to deny the refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
- Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless the reason for return is a mistake made by us.
To account for constantly changing inventory levels, exchanges are done by:
- The customer places a new order for the product they wish to exchange for.
- Once the authorized return merchandise is received and inspected, a full refund (excluding shipping) is issued in the form of the original payment method
